TERMS & POLICIES AGREEMENT

I. PACKAGES & COVERAGE

All packages include unlimited edited photos.
The package can only be upgraded and cannot be downgraded under any circumstances.
Any upgrade must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event date.
Any additional coverage beyond the agreed package duration will be charged at a rate of 3,000 EGP per hour.
The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to the event day.

II. IMAGE USAGE & MARKETING RIGHTS

The Photographer is entitled to use event photos for portfolio, website, and social media marketing.
If the client informs the photographer at the time of booking that they do not wish to allow any use of their images, no additional fees will be applied.
However, if the client withdraws this permission after confirming the booking or after the wedding day, an additional fee equal to 50% of the total package value will be incurred. This fee must be paid before the final delivery of the photos.

III. PHOTO DELIVERY POLICY

Final edited photos will be delivered via a private online gallery within 4 weeks.
We do not provide unedited / RAW photos.
Rush delivery (3–5 days) is available upon request for an additional fee on top of the selected package.

IIII. ADDITIONAL TERMS

A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the date.
Rescheduling is permitted within 60 days only and is subject to the photographer’s availability.
If a new available date is not agreed upon within this period, the reservation will be considered canceled.
Any future booking will be treated as a new reservation under the current pricing and terms.
